    This tour is on lakes joined by small streams. There are facilities for canoeists along the route.

    
Start: Lamborn: Lamborn is on highway 294 about 50 km north of Falun
    
Finish: Falun.
    
Transport: There is a bus service linking Falun and Lamborn.
   
 Portages: 8 portages, 0.2 - 2.5 km

Maps: There are good canoe maps and route descriptions available for route
    
Route extension: From Falun you could paddle 15 km down lake Runn and join the Dalälven at Torsång and
follow this river to Avesta or Skutskär.
    
The route:
    Launch into lake Kalven at Lamborn and paddle down into lake Balungen. At the south end of Balungen
there is a 2.5 km portage into lake Tängran and a 1 km portage from Tängran into lake Vågsjön. From here
you paddle down small lakes into Norr-Lingen and Sör-Lingen. At the east tip of this lake a short portage takes
you into the small stream Hökviksån and into lake Svärdsjön. At Svärdsjö either do a 1.8 km portage or a
couple of shorter portages with a little paddling, and enter lake Secken. From here you paddle through a series
og linked lakes into lake Toftan. At Sundborn there is a 600m portage to enter the Sundbornsån and follow this
stream and small lakes to Holmen where there is a short portage into lake Hosjön and a further portage as you
enter lake Runn. The tour finishes at Hälsinggårdsbryggan on the outskirts of Falun.
